Judicial system attempts to erase the MURDER of Sikhs executed by Badal and his anti-Sikh psychopath police.
After the Panjab and Haryana High Court threw out the Kotkapura firing case, the former Jathedar of the Akal Takhat Bhai Ranjit Singh along with others burned the copies of the verdict on the 30th April at Koktapura Chowk.
Ranjit Singh made it clear that the decision by the Panjab and Haryana High Court was “political, biased and flawed.”
To add further insult to injury, the High Court have given Sikh killer Parkash Badal a clean chit in the Kotkapura firing case and also have made the conclusion that the firing by the police, was in fact provoked by innocent Sikhs who were protesting the beadbi of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Countless Sikhs showed their anger and frustration at the Hindutva Regime by burning copies of the High Court verdict which essentially protected Sikhs killers and rewarded them with their continued freedom.
Placards at the protest carried messages such as:
‘Justice Did Injustice To Sikhs‘ and that there is ‘No Justice For Sikhs In Hindutva India’
The quashing of this case, where innocent Sikhs were killed for protesting the Beadbi of our Guru and failing to weigh up the evidence which clearly puts the police at fault.
This is another reminder of why Sikhs need to be free from the corrupt Hindutva regime, which is protecting and rewarding Sikh killers who have made it their life purpose of serving the enemies of the Guru.
